If your package has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order, provided you inform us in time.* Please send an email to help@noorsupport.com with your order number and full name.
If your product has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you can either refuse delivery or return the package to us, at your own expense.
For personalized products, cancellation is not always possible, even if they have not yet been shipped, as they may have already been manufactured according to your specifications. In such cases, please email us so we can find a solution together.
* Cancellation is not guaranteed. If cancellation is not possible, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
